Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • FedEx Standard        3-5 business days     Free

  • FedEx Two Days       2 business days        $12.95

  • FedEx Overnight      1-2 business days     $19.95

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

SK Aquatics ships to addresses within the U.S. U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SK Aquatics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tarrifs, taxes, etc.)


SK Aquatics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

30- Day Return Policy


Dry goods and equipment, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving package. * Item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging.

Live fish (Fresh and Saltwater) and corals and Invertebrates we offer a 2 day money back guarantee if the fish or coral is DOA and you must submit a claim and upload a picture using the Styrofoam container you received it in. If it is passed the 2 days we can not offer money back but may offer store credit based on each situation.

  • You must present a valid photo ID

  • With receipt: Refund in form of original payment method 

  • Without receipt: Items may be exchanged or receive a STORE CREDIT valued at the last promotional price of the item.

  • Defective items under manufacturer's warranty may be exchanged during the warranty period.
