SK Aquatics Store Policy

There are no cash refunds on any Fish purchase unless specified otherwise.

Saltwater Fish are NOT guaranteed (unless specified otherwise in the return policy)

Freshwater Fish will be replaced or an in-store credit will be issued in the event of the fishes death with 14 DAYS of purchase subject to the following conditions:

- We are provided with the original sales receipt

- We are provided with the dead fish

- We are provided with an aquarium water sample in a clean container separate from the container the dead fish is in.

 

 Freshwater Fish will be replaced ONE TIME free of charge with the following exceptions where NO replacement will be made:

-Water tests disclose excess ammonia, nitrite, or chlorine, improper pH levels, or inadequate dissolved oxygen.

- Fin, tail or scale damage indicate that death was caused by an aggressor.

In-store credit slips may not be redeemed for cash nor can lost or stolen in-store credit slips be replaced.

               Dry Goods Return and Exchange Policy

Return or exchange must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and must be accompanied by all original packaging.

Upon inspection, we will replace, repair, or refund the cost of the product. We are not responsible for any item which has been abused, missing parts, or used in an application not suitable for the product, or an item warranted directly by the manufacturer.

 

Refund will be made in the same manner in which the product was originally paid for, i.e., cash, check, or charge/debit card.

Merchandise returned without the original sales receipt will not be refunded.

 

In-store credit slips may not be redeemed for cash nor can lost or stolen in-store credit slips be replaced.
